Smiles First Dental NO GAP checkup and clean
- Offer available to patients who have private health insurance with an Australian health fund who are able to claim their available health fund rebates for dental cover at Smiles First Dental.
- Offer covers examination (011 or 012) scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111), fluoride (121), x-rays (022 x2), OPG (037) and intraoral photos (072) unless one or more of these item numbers are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of the dentist.
- Where eligible, benefits for services provided will be deducted from the patients available health funds limits. Should be the benefits not be available, the patient will be responsible for the total cost of the appointment.
- Health fund limits and rules apply. Before attending the appointment patients should confirm all rules and restrictions with their private health fund in relation to their specific cover to ensure that they are eligible to claim item numbers mentioned above.
